Kids have so much energy, and it seems that with that energy comes big appetites. At least in my experience with kids. I watch my youngest sister’s 3 boys after school everyday. It seems like they’re always hungry, and I’m not sure why that is other than them being so active.. I guess? No way they’re on an appetite suppressant that’s for sure! We get in from school, they have a snack and within an hour or so they’re ready for something else. I don’t have kids of my own so I’m not sure how normal that is. I can only assume that because they’re growing boys, active boys, that they’re just naturally going to be hungry as they “run off steam.”

I’ll tell you one thing though.. I’d love to have even an ounce of their energy. I can only imagine what I could get done in a day with even that.
